The building has been sensitively and extensively refurbished to provide first class care facilities and comfort in a stylish, non institutionalised environment. Large, level gardens feature patio areas on which to relax and enjoy the scenery and wild life. Whitchurch House is conveniently situated to provide residential care to Herefordshire, Monmouthshire and Gloucestershire. We are also able to offer care accommodation to private and funded residents from all other counties throughout the UK.
Established over Thirty Years
Whitchurch House was established over thirty years ago and is registered for 29 residential care places, over time it has undergone extensive enhancements to provide high qualty care in a lovely environment. We are privately owned and not part of a large group operated from head office. Our very experienced ‘hands on’ Management Team are totally focused and dedicated to our residents, their relatives and friends. All Care and Domestic Staff are locally sourced and well trained, offering care and support 24 hours a day. Staff turnover is very low, leading to consistency of quality care, friendship and trust between carers, residents, their families and friends. For this reason we do not use agency staff.
